Glow for Children Foundation is a children's charity founded to help children with developmental differences — and their families — live happier lives, true to themselves.
グローフォーチルドレン基金は、発達障害のある子どもたちとその家族が、より幸せに、自分らしく生きていける社会を実現するために設立する子ども支援基金です。
Most children's charities focus on supporting the child alone. Education, therapeutic care, and enriching experiences are, of course, essential. But what this foundation holds most dear is something often overlooked: the happiness of the parents and caregivers who stand beside these children every day.
一般的な子ども支援では、子ども本人への支援が中心になることが多くあります。もちろん、教育支援、療育支援、体験機会の提供は非常に重要です。しかし、本基金が特に大切にするのは、子どもを支える親・保護者が幸せであることです。
Raising a child with developmental differences can bring heavy burdens and deep loneliness — anxieties about daily life, education, and the future. We believe the answer is not to ask parents to simply try harder. It is to build an environment where parents themselves feel secure, hopeful, and happy. That, in turn, nurtures children's sense of safety, growth, self-esteem, and the possibilities of their future.
発達障害のある子どもたちと日々向き合う保護者は、育児、教育、生活、将来への不安の中で、大きな負担や孤独を抱えることがあります。親自身が安心し、希望を持ち、幸せに生きられる環境をつくること。それが結果として、子どもたちの安心、成長、自己肯定感、そして未来の可能性につながると、私たちは考えています。

We aim to become a lasting charity platform that supports families from every angle — schools and facilities, research, education, therapeutic care, enriching experiences, programs in movement and music, parent support, and public awareness — growing together with individuals, companies, medical institutions, beauty brands, educators, artists, and global sponsors who share our vision.
本基金は、施設支援、学校支援、研究支援、教育支援、療育支援、体験活動、運動・音楽などのプログラム開発、保護者支援、啓発活動など、さまざまな角度から家族を支える継続的なチャリティプラットフォームを目指します。理念に賛同する個人、企業、医療機関、美容ブランド、教育関係者、アーティスト、グローバルスポンサーとともに成長していきます。

Glow means light, radiance, a strength that rises from within — hope that illuminates the future.
Glowには、光、輝き、内側からあふれる力、未来を照らす希望という意味があります。
The “glow” we envision does not belong to children alone. It is each child's individuality, sensitivity, talent, and possibility shining in their own way. And it is their parents — the ones who support them day after day — living with peace of mind and hope, cherishing their own lives as they shine, too.
私たちが目指す「Glow」は、子どもたちだけのものではありません。一人ひとりの個性、感性、才能、可能性が自分らしく輝くこと。そして、その子どもたちを日々支える親・保護者自身も、安心し、希望を持ち、自分の人生を大切にしながら輝いていけること。
Only when both shine together does a warm light reach the future of the whole family. Children should never be treated merely as “those who receive support,” nor parents as “those who must simply endure.” We create an environment where the entire family is supported, respected, and free to live true to themselves. That is the meaning we place in the name Glow for Children.
この両方があってこそ、家族全体の未来にあたたかい光が生まれます。子どもたちを、ただ「支援される存在」として扱うのではなく、親を、ただ「頑張らなければならない存在」として扱うのでもなく、家族全体が社会の中で支えられ、尊重され、自分らしく生きていける環境をつくる。その想いを、Glow for Childrenという名称に込めています。

To help children with developmental differences learn, grow, and connect with society in their own way — and, just as importantly, to ensure the parents and caregivers who support them are never isolated, and can live with security, hope, and greater happiness.
発達障害のある子どもたちが、自分らしく学び、成長し、社会とつながる機会を得られるよう支援する。同時に、その子どもたちを日々支える親・保護者が、孤立せず、安心し、希望を持ち、より幸せな生活を送れるよう支援する。
A future where children with developmental differences and their families are never isolated — warmly supported by society, living happily and true to themselves. Beginning in Japan, we will connect with supporters around the world and grow into a global charity.
発達障害のある子どもたちとその家族が、社会の中で孤立せず、あたたかく支えられ、自分らしく幸せに生きていける未来をつくる。日本から始まるこの活動を世界中の支援者とつなぎ、グローバルチャリティへと発展させていきます。
Working with specialists, support organizations, schools, medical institutions, researchers, companies, and artists, we pursue both research and practice — asking what kind of support truly improves families' lives. 専門家、支援団体、教育機関、医療機関、研究者、企業、アーティストと連携しながら、どのような支援が本当に家族の生活を良くするのか、研究と実践を重ねていきます。

We support parents so they can feel secure, hold onto hope, and cherish their own lives too. 本基金の最重要領域です。発達障害のある子どもたちを日々支える親・保護者は、愛情を持って向き合いながらも、強い不安、負担、孤独を抱えることがあります。親・保護者が安心し、希望を持ち、自分自身の人生も大切にできるよう支援します。

As the parent of a child with developmental differences, I have known many moments of anxiety, hardship, and loneliness. Because I love my child, I have agonized over how best to be there for them. Because I think about my child's future, I have been overwhelmed with worry. There were times I carried it all alone, feeling that no one around me could understand.
私は、発達障害のある子どもを持つ親として、これまで多くの不安や苦労、そして孤独を感じてきました。子どもを愛しているからこそ、どう向き合えばよいのか悩むことがあります。子どもの未来を思うからこそ、不安でいっぱいになることがあります。周囲に理解されにくく、ひとりで抱え込んでしまうような時間もありました。
What carried me through was the presence of family, friends, and my partner. Someone to listen. Someone to think alongside me. The simple knowledge that I was not alone. Because of that support, I could keep facing forward — and keep facing my child.
その中で私を支えてくれたのは、大切な家族や友人、そしてパートナーの存在でした。話を聞いてくれる人がいること。一緒に考えてくれる人がいること。自分だけではないと思えること。その支えがあったからこそ、私は前を向き、子どもと向き合い続けることができました。
That is why I believe this so strongly: supporting children with developmental differences means supporting their parents and caregivers, too. Parents who can smile with peace of mind. Parents who are not isolated. Parents who can hold onto hope, and cherish their own lives. Only in that environment can children feel truly safe and grow in their own way.
だからこそ、私は強く感じています。発達障害のある子どもたちを支えるためには、子ども本人への支援だけでなく、その子どもを日々支えている親・保護者も支えられる社会が必要です。親が安心して笑えること。親が孤立しないこと。親が希望を持てること。その環境があってこそ、子どもたちも安心し、自分らしく成長していけるのだと考えています。
From this conviction, I am founding the Glow for Children Foundation. As a first step, a portion of proceeds from selected products I am involved with — including HAAB SKIN and BIO SKIN — will be donated to the foundation. From there, together with individuals, companies, medical and education professionals, beauty brands, artists, and friends around the world, I hope to grow this into a charity that reaches from Japan to the world.
この想いから、Glow for Children Foundation／グローフォーチルドレン基金を立ち上げます。まずは、私が関わるクリニックおよびブランドで取り扱うHAAB SKIN、BIO SKINなどの対象商品の売上の一部を、本基金に寄付することから始めます。今後は、賛同してくださる個人、企業、医療・教育関係者、美容ブランド、アーティストの方々と連携し、日本から世界へ広がるチャリティ活動へと育てていきます。
